Good Afternoon,
I wanted to get back with you in regards to the STR values discussed
earlier. for Nicholas
I have received this information in direct response to your inquiry,
and wanted to share with you what I was told,
"They are both 11-13 for DYS385 so that marker is identical between
the two.
DYS389II is actually it's own value plus the value of DYS389I.
So,
Nicholas: DYS389I: 14, DYS389II: 16+14=30
Leo: DYS389I: 13, DYS389II: 16+13=29
So they are one step off at DYS389I but they are actually both 16
at DYS389II and it only looks like a mismatch because of the
addition. It is a weird marker."
