I hope to make this a very easy way to find links to others looking for the same family. It needs to answer two questions in order to do that smartly. The first is the name, YOB and POB of the earliest Lucash ancestor known. The second is the name of your immigrant ancestor, the location they settled in and the year of arrival. To add your name and family information on your Lucash family to this list e mail me the information at michael@mctiernan.com so I can fill in the squares below. The contact's web page if known is on the name of the earliest ancestor. The contact's e mail address is on the contact's name. Some of the contacts listed do not have e mail so I will relay your questions to them. To make it easy to find links to others I have listed the locations from small (village) to large (state). So far, all origins of my family are in Bohemia, Hapsburg-Austrian Empire which is now Bohemia, Czechoslovakia.
Brand new is the Family Tree Maker JAVA program that shows my entire family, cousins, uncles, aunts and ancestors etc. in a graphical box layout allowing you to search the entire file to see if you are included. That home page is at http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/m/c/t/Michael-P-Mctiernan/tree1.html
