In 1412, Cuchonnacht Mac Tiarnan, chief of Tullaghonoho, was slain by the people of Fermanagh in his own house at Croaghan MacTiarnan (Croghan near Killeshandra) in a nocturial attack and they slew men, women and children, burned the town and then returned.
